Information you provide
The import form stores your name, email, company, market, specifications and notes, together with your consent and submission time, in the website database so our team can respond. Do not include financial or sensitive information in the notes field.
Shopping through WhatsApp
Your basket stays in page memory during your visit. Choosing to send an order opens WhatsApp with the products, quantities, delivery area, chosen payment method and total. You review and send the message yourself. This website does not collect card details or process payments. WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies when you use its service.
Cookies and optional media
Our hosting and security service, Cloudflare, may use security cookies and connection logs to operate and protect the website. We do not currently use visitor analytics or advertising trackers. YouTube videos and Google Maps load only after you allow media or choose to load an item once; this connects your browser to Google. We save your media preference in your browser and you can change it below. The short introductory video is hosted with the website and does not require this permission.
Box codes and receiving drafts
The QR page displays the details contained in your box link. Its map uses the printed coordinates; it does not request your phone’s location. If you use the receiving form, its draft is saved on your device only. Clear it with New receipt before leaving a shared device. Hosting logs may include the address of the page you opened.
